There are no complete nomination today, but doing research to possible be able to create a poi.
Its a priceawarded area of houses designed by a wellknow company for architecture in Sweden. Its not a single house, but more an area with several houses.
The houses are unfortunatly houses for singlefamilies only, but maybe it would be possible to make the whole area a poi. Buildings have a very unique design.
So would this be a valid poi?
And where in the area would be a proper place to locate the poi? In the middle, in the beginning?

It is interesting when there is a specific design of a residential area. However this is a case where you need to have some feature in a communal area. Is there a distinct communal gathering spot - perhaps a collection of benches where people could gather?
Since it has been awarded a prize for its design is there a plaque that marks that?
In other words there needs to be a clear point that can act as an anchor.
Is there a website about this project?

I have never seen a plaque, but should look more careful for it.
Its not a big area, more like 12 houses. But there are several ”webpages” with info about the comptetition. But finding the ”anchorpoint” seems to be the challenge. Thankyou for the reply!
