Pokemon go is a really big game, and has been since it came out. And all of these “Go out and explore” games aint allways so accesable for everyone. Especially if u live in a small town like me. We are 10+ people who play pokemon go where i live and its not so encouraging to go out and play if there aint enough pokestops and gyms. So me and many others of course nominate pokestops so we will have a better experiance during go fest and etc. And when we get a nomenation accepted and it does not spawn in the game, it kinda feels like a “backstap”. If that makes sence. So im begging Niantic to please remove or just make this feature a bit more accesable for us players that have been playing the game for many years. Thank you!

The issues of playing in a any area where there is less potential for pokestops and gyms is one that regularly comes up here.
However it sounds as though you have had some success it is just the inclusion rules that are causing frustration.
If you would like to say where you are there are people in here who loves to look around and we will help you to be more aware of the rules so you can focus your effort initially on creating stops.
It may be that some of those that did not make it into the game as stops may appear as powerespots.

If you are having nominations accepted but they don’t appear in Pokemon Go the most likely reason is the S2 Cell “proximity” rule.

- The Map is cut up in to Cells (S2 Level 17).
- Only 1 Stop or Gym is allowed in each Level 17 cell.
- 64 (8x8) Level 17 Cells form a Level 14 Cell.
- The amount of occupied Level 17 cells in each Level 14 cell determines how many will change to Gyms.
When discussing cells I always give the warning NEVER use knowledge of the cells to mis-place your nominations just to get them on the map. This can lead to suspensions of your Wayfarer and Game accounts.
A common misconception is that if the “wayspot” you nominated is used in “Other Games” then it can not be used in PoGo. This is not the case. Where it states “Used in other games” should be "will not be a Stop or Gym.
As @elijustrying says, if you are happy to pass a general location (do not use your home address) players here do like to scour the maps and suggest possible nominations that should appear on the map is Accepted.

While you cant missplace waystop into incorrect location, some big object like sport field might have multiple eligible location and these location selection is critical in what will appear.
Above is example. If C and D already appear as pokestop, submitting the sport field in A will create pokestop, while submitting it at B will create power spot. I recommend you to learn how s2 cell works.
