I had two of my nominations get accepted then removed with no reason. What’s going on with pokemon go. Why can’t you let us have fun.

There are reasons for the criteria. If you want the company to continue to operate so you can play the games, you will follow the criteria. If you don’t want to follow the criteria, please don’t submit. Removing wrongly approved Wayspots keeps the games fun and functioning.
this playground is in my backyard and I’ve seen other’s get accepted for a playset in there’s so why is mine any different? You can reach it from the street to spin the stop.
I also had this Subway acceted as a stop. I don’t see the harm in this stop either.
Not sure why they both got accepted but then later on removed from the game with no reason. They both have plenty of public access via car, walking and or biking. Lots of ways to get exercise and exploring.

I am genuinely sorry that you are feeling so frustrated. I think that whole Criteria Clarification Collection is very helpful and suggest you check it for everything you are thinking about submitting. I know for me, a clarification doesn’t really sink in until it applies to a situation I can relate to.

In addition to what the conversation in the Spring discussed, I think it may have been accidentally accepted by Niantic’s Machine Learning (ML). Upon human review it was then retracted
Is this confusing? Yes
Is it the right outcome? Most likely, yes
If you can share your original nomination from your Wayfarer page we can look at the rationale you used to explain why this would be a Great place to be social, explore, or exercise. Sometimes chain restaurants can meet that criteria. But as Subway has held the record for most locations around the world, this might be a high bar to meet.
Niantic is not always transparent in their decisions, so I understand the confusion.

@Ilovepoopies7 I see you asked why this playground in your backyard was removed. In this forum it was explained that nominations on single family residential property are not eligible. You thanked the commenter who told you that.
So… Why did you resubmit it anyway!? It’s not eligible.
