I have removed some discussion around whether Emily, the auto review process, is in action as it was distracting from the original question posted.
To clarify, and no need for further comment in this topic…..
This is the a post by the wayfarer team explaining that Emily had been switched on again but was not quite functioning as intended
To get back on track 
So yes @gwenome65 yours was rejected by the auto process.
If you would like some advice as to whether appeal the rejection or to try again with a fresh photo and reworked text please do post here.
I think the main issue to address will be if it is permanent, so evidence about this location will be key.
