All submissions have been denied the past 2 months. All safe locations with reasonable titles. Makes no sense to continue submitting.

Without more details we are unable to discuss why.
Plus take screenshots and upload, should include both photos, Title, Description and Supplemental.
It can then be discussed whether this is a Criteria issue or something else.

There is criteria for something to be eligible a good wayspot. Then it must also not be located somewhere that is ineligible.
Have you reviewed the criteria pages yet? The first rule of Wayfarer is, “Don’t submit something just because you saw another thing like it in the game.”
