https://www.useyourlocal.com/pubs/moloneys-bar-greenford-14957/#location another link for the bar. Showing it’s family friendly. From what I can ascertain, this is more like a Pub than a Bar.
The links are pretty basic but they do show the basics of the location, even being family friendly. I like your nomination photo showing the front with the picnic tables too. I’d try appealing.That said, I am not sure what the area looks like and how saturated it is with similar items (this can happen where I live). Is there anything else that you can offer in the appeal statement? Do they have their own website?
To be honest, the Wayspot is just a DB entry more than anything else. There are plenty of pubs and places that call themselves Bars, but not in the immediate vicinity. There is a JD Wetherspoons, The Office Bar (Both POI’s). There’s a couple of Pubs on Greenford Broadway. There isn’t an official website from what I can determine, but doesn’t mean there isn’t one… just not one I can find. This is more of a small pub more than anything else. I need to wait for the Appeal window to open before I can appeal it.
I would just resubmit.
Probably the victim of non U.K. reviewers it should simply be accepted.
I do find the use of Greenford Branch a bit unusual is it needed?
Probably not needed to add Greenford Branch, but there is more than 1 pub with the same name. Just wanted to differentiate from the other one(s).
If you appeal, lets hope you dont get thr same appeal person that I got, who said my bar was an inappropriate location because it ws only for adults (has a childrens menu😭)

I’d resubmit, try and get a more clear photo as it looks slanted, to me at least.
Try and get like, a front shot of the Bar, so no other shops/locations are in the shot.
