This is a family friendly pub as described in the description and links provided that describes the bar as a family friendly pub. Some UK Pubs are called Bars, even though in some countries Bars can be used to describe adult only locations, which is not the case in the UK. Whilst I acknowledge there are some bars in the UK that are adult only, this for one is not.
The Bar / Pub does not yet have a dedicated website, but does have social media presence, on Instagram and Facebook (to name 2). I believe Niantic’s rejection of the appeal to be based on the American definition of what a Bar is rather than taking into account the definition outside the US may be different.
Ultimately, the nomination won’t appear in Pogo or Ingress as a Pokestop or a Portal, but may exist as a Power Spot in Pogo and may appear in other games if it is approved. I’ll understand if the request is to be rejected because it’s based on the US definition of what a Bar is, and not because it’s a family friendly UK Bar.
