My wife created a PokéStop nomination, but I noticed too late — after it had already been accepted — that she placed it about 2 meters away from where it should actually be located. So the PokéStop has been approved, but it doesn’t show up in the game. How can we fix this?

You can use help chat at Niantic Wayfarer and provide the details of the wayspot and what you think is required.
Please be aware that if the current location is actually correct, but moving it 2 meters would make it appear as a pokestop in Pokemon Go, this would be an invalid request that Scopely Explore would not agree with.
The wayspot appearing in Pokemon Go is irrelevant for wayfarer - what matters is the accuracy of the location.
