So recently there was a challenge between only in india and chile, we ebded up resolving 5000 records…but i got my redeemable code on my work email…not on my personal email which is linked to my game…i cant even redeem it what do i do? All my requests are getting ignored

No…i made sure, and My CL made sure that the accounts he submitted were of relevance…no wrong emails…
So how did the code got sent to your work email? Surely u submit that email at some point?
I did not participate in this challenge, but normally the code you get needs to be copied and pasted into the pokemon store website. I do this on my computer, not my phone. So it does not need to be on the same email I log into my game with. Unless the codes for this challenge are different.
No way the only way i can think of is i switched long emails 6 months ago, theres no reason for them to send it on my work email…i cant even login on pokemongolive store nor game neither nianitc wayfarer(cause i switched emails)…This is just lazyness from Nianitcs part… nothing anybody can do except them
I dont think niantic can suddenly know your work email address if its not from you. Frankly i am more leaned that you submit wrong email during registration but i will leave that to niantic to read the verdict
I mean its no point…even though i have been saying my CL does the registration process…and i am of enough awareness of not send my work email…even accidentally…
This mishap is only niantics fault…cause i had my logins changed from my work email to recent email (swtiching emails related to game wholely)
So I only have very limited information about the Chile/India challenge because it only ran in selected countries and most of us on here would not be eligible for it, but my understanding from information posted here by the Niantic team was that what you needed to do to participate was to review in the eligible country. There wasn’t a mention of any additional registration the Campfire community leader would have to do for you, or at least previously it wasn’t the case. Could you please clarify what you mean by “CL registration”? I don’t think they are the one registering you for Wayfarer rewards.
I am eligible for the wayfarer challenge and i had done 300+ reviews and just a minute before the challenge ended, i sent him my screenshot of the amount of reviews…he asked me what was the email for my wayfarer account…i gave him and he filled my email the reward section or something i dont know…but the email i gave him were of relevant category…the email is linked to my game and wayfarer…now the reward redeemable code i recieved was on another email…(not the relevant email)… Due to this i cant even redeem the code, neither am i getting help from anywhere

Thanks for reporting the issue. I can confirm there was a error in some of the codes issued and some of the counts were off for others. We’re working on a fix and the new codes should be out soon. Please feel free to respond to the same email in which you received your code and I can take a look at it for you. Lastly, the code isn’t tied to your email so that shouldn’t be an issue.
