Hi, me and my girlfriend, both have participied in the wayfarer challenge of Santiago of Chile. We have made more than 50 contributions seach one, but we haven’t received the email confirmation with the prices, the problem is that this challenge had a lot of errors while it was active. The 1st time i did 24 or something like that contributions and the 2nd time i did 36 i think, which it is 60 aprox. but i don’t know if you made the total sum, because they asked us to fill a formulary which i put 0 the 1st time, because i didn’t remember the exact numbers, although i have an screenshot from that day. Meanwhile my girlfriend did 60 contributions the 1st time and 34 the 2nd time, which is 94 in total. How can we obtain our reward?

There’s currently an issue with the out sent rewards. Niantic is looking into it and will hopefully answer when it’s resolved.
In the mean while it would be great if you could give an update when you received your email/could claim your code.
