When this wayspot was in voting, it was submitted at red spot (current and wrong location). I and other reviewers determined the right location (blue spot), move the nomination and it had gone live at this blue spot.
And now after some weeks, the wayspot is moved to red spot with any voting location edit. So I think that the abuser submitted the fake geo-tagged photos to chat support to abusingly move this wayspot.
I already asked chat support to move it back but they rejected and said that they have evidence of right location (probably fake geo-tagged photos from abuser)
Proof of right location:
The statue is placed in front of Tuan Vu Club (part of the club name sign can be seen on wayspot photo)
And finally the streetview which clearly shows the right location
The abuser may submit fake geo-tagged photos, but the streetview+satellite view would never can be fake.

When this wayspot was in voting, it was submitted at red spot (current and wrong location). I and other reviewers determined the right location (blue spot), move the nomination and it had gone live at this blue spot.
And now after some weeks, the wayspot is moved to red spot with any voting location edit. So I think that the abuser submitted the fake? geo-tagged photos to chat support to abusingly move this wayspot.
I already asked chat support to move it back but they rejected and said that they have evidence of right location (probably fake? geo-tagged photos from abuser). For this wayspot, I’m not sure if the abuser submits fake geo-tagged photos or if the google map pin is wrong. But this player surely abused.
The google map pin shows this coffee shop at blue spot.
And the nearby wayspot Tranh tường Tôn vinh Cà phê Việt Nam (12.690734,108.056108), which went live before this wayspot TÔI KÀFÊ, is acctually a mural inside this coffe shop.
So I and other fellow reviewers had reason to move this wayspot from red spot to blue spot. And now this wayspot is just move to red spot, perfectly across the cell line to become a pokestop. This is clearly an abusing act.
I don’t now what the abuser submits to chat support to move the wayspot. But please make sure that this wayspot and the nearby wayspot “Tranh tường Tôn vinh Cà phê Việt Nam” always together as they are basically the same place.
