Same here: first review of the day followed by a 24h cooldown
Literally the same thing happened to me. In fact it happened after I skipped a nomination because it was in a language I do not understand. Skipping triggered the cooldown for me. Not fun.
Me too, was loading and loading and loading, then I had a simple edit one to look at then hit submit and it said there was an error and now Iâm on cooldownâŚ
This user contacted Niantic support and they clarified that it is not a bug and is an intended feature.

i stand corrected. we get all the staff responses flagged on the Wayfarer Discussion Discord, so I did not see this private response.
Did one review and instantly got a 24h cooldown
Had the same thing. Not been on in a few days.
Had some errors when i went to click review. I finally get one to review then Iâm put on cooldown after 1 review. 100% a bug.
This is why i rarely come on to review thereâs always issues & it never gets addressed even when thereâs countless people effected.
I too did two reviews, one for a brewery that I used to live near and another for a renaming of a waypoint. Then boom 24 hour cool down
This many complaints in a short time is defintely a bug
seams broken managed one review then hit the end of the queue changed my location once and got a 24h suspension, very odd

A few people have been hit by the one review and 24 hour suspension. I am sorry it has happened to you (and everyone else).

I just want to be clear that his was my second ticket. I got pretty much the same answer the first time. Just posted it for the awareness that indeed something is wrong and the support seems to ignore my explanations. My cooldown is now over but i canât review anything because it says âcome back laterâ heheh!

have you tried moving your home and/or bonus locations? there are still reviews out there.
I just wonât bother anymore until i know for sure i wonât be getting another cooldown ahah! All good tho, i do this for the medal and the medal only. The event is just a plus hehe 
I had this but I moved my bonus, found nothing there, moved it back again to the same spot as before and got more reviews

I have been going to the showcase tab when I see the bouncing balloon, reading a question here, and then more have loaded. I havenât had the out of reviews message - yet

Youâve done more than twice what Ive managed! Ive had out of reviews quite a few times. Im on 330
Yes often just a few mins away and the bouncing resets and gives me more reviews. Ive swapped bonus several times each day, but honestly rhe best place Im working in has been Aberdeen to the north of Scotland, someone was clearly REALLY busy there during the edit challenge and theres also a lot of artwork with title updates, and its all been really interesting!
Update: I finished Aberdeen for the 2nd time tonight
So, it is well over 24 hours since I got the cooldown so decided to see if reviews are working again.
Nope, got the balloon and then an error screen with âplease retry your requestâ.
Hit the retry button but came right back to the same error page.
I got this error before the cool down yesterday so wonât keep pressing retry⌠but this is killing motivation and so annoying when you have an hour set aside for reviewing and then canât do anything⌠again.
