Straight answer is NO.
Attempting to move a wayspot from a correct location (even to an equally correct location) is deemed as abuse and could lead to a suspension on Wayfarer AND game accounts.
Knowledge of the Cells should only used so you know if it has a chance to be a stop or gym and to position when the POI has more than 1 correct location (Example: Football Field - Should be placed behind the goal so you have a choice of 2).
Even then, the cells to the right and above are both occupied.

for a house of prayer, an exterior picture (of the sign if there is one or the front door area) is enough.
You dont need to enter. Just front mosque foto and surrounding is needed
