Hello i was banned today and checked my email to see two violations seemingly from the same waystop submission. One for “ Misplacement of wayspot submissions” and one for “Generic very low severity offense“. Im not even sure what the second reason even implies i did wrong but did i get double marked for the same stop, which in my opinion shouldnt be fair, or can u get banned of a single misplacement of waystop. I may have misplaced it due to the stop itself being an artistic painted tree and the skyview being surrounded by trees, but definitely not far enough off to be banned. I have already appealed but got message with confirmed of violation but did i get accidentally double penalty from single pokestop submission? Any help or clarification would be greatful because i already purchased the Go area ticket and will now miss the event for a single mistake if this is a valid ban 
You can’t get punished twice for the same submission. There must be another violation in the past. Uou can try and look for the email in the past.
Generic Very Low Quality Offence is a warning and doesn’t impact your account from what I have seen.

There was a violation months ago of abusive language in a submission, which i definitely shouldve appealed if i knew this would happen because there was 100% none of that in my submission, but other than that no. i wish i could even sign in to check, but am just met with the ban screen. thank you anyway

Welcome to the forum, although under stressful circumstances. A displacement can warrant a ban. It is unclear from your description how far off your nomination was from the correct location and if it appeared to be placed just to guarantee a placement in Pokemon Go.
I’ll link the abuse ladder below, but just be aware staff does not need to start you at the bottom rung. They will apply a duration that they deem necessary.
And I do not recognize the other warning. Hopefully you’ll get more information in emails or DM.
thank you and its definitely misplaced anyway where from 0 - 10yards. my issue is i have submitted this waystop a couple tines trying to change up wording or a better picture for an acceptance, but was never warned or told it was misplaced even though i feel like ive submitted roughly the same location. Also the fact i got two violations at the same time based of the time i got the email. Also if this is a valid ban, can i appeal the first from months ago to get unbanned, because their definitely wasnt any abuse or foul language inside the submission.
The reason about foul language you saw is not what you think it is. It is only an example list ofd thing that are under the Abuse rejection reason, so your actual reason is this- Abuse of Wayfarer
From the one a few months ago did you use a picture you took yourself? Or did you pull it from an online resource? I have found that people don’t realize that third party photos will come back with that abuse rejection.
I expect staff may be able to tell you what the reason is for the ban.
But as this is your second warning, a misplaced wayspot may now have triggered the 30 day ban.
You mentioned that your first warning was for abusive language. If I’m not mistaken the same message is send for 3rd party pictures (eg google images, websites etc).
Once the ban is lifted, please be very careful, the next ban could be 10 years.
I took the picture myself but i can not find the email. I guess it will just have to miss the event for a simple mistake. I will refrain from future submissions due to not wanting a 90 day ban. thank you for your help
You can appeal and explain your best. Its not guaranteed removal. Especially since you admit its missplaced. If you comfortable with sharing your 1st strike(complete screenshot on nomination), we might be advise on whats wrong with it. Try searching this keyword. Maybe you can find that email.

I friend got the same problem, a ban for 30 days that he thinks is not correct byt he accepted it and did not appeal. After 30 days he can play, make wayspot nominations but can not vote for other peoples nominations. When he try to login to wayfarer it says “Your Niantic Wayfarer account has been suspended.” Should it work like this or is it some problems or bugs?

How will he do that when he can not do that from wayfarer?

So people can use these form if his /her wayfarer account still locked after 30days suspension, right?
