The reason about foul language you saw is not what you think it is. It is only an example list ofd thing that are under the Abuse rejection reason, so your actual reason is this- Abuse of Wayfarer

From the one a few months ago did you use a picture you took yourself? Or did you pull it from an online resource? I have found that people don’t realize that third party photos will come back with that abuse rejection.

I expect staff may be able to tell you what the reason is for the ban. But as this is your second warning, a misplaced wayspot may now have triggered the 30 day ban. You can appeal and explain your best. Its not guaranteed removal. Especially since you admit its missplaced.
