Hi! First time posting here, and I was wondering how I should go about this. In the Philippines, there are sponsored 7-11 Pokestops. A new one was recently built in a building near my area. Should I nominate, wait, or inform someone/niantic? Though I don’t know the proper way to contact either.
Any help or direction is appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately, being 711 is a generic business, it doesn’t meet Wayspot criteria, and cannot be nominated by Wayfinders.
711 is well known to have sponsored Wayspots around the world, and these Wayspots are determined based off of the deal between 711 and Wayfarer. Same goes for other business that has sponsored Wayspots in any of the games: if a new location opens up, only the business can request that it have a Wayspot through their sponsorship.
I didn’t expect such a fast reply haha but gotcha. So I’ll leave it alone and maybe inform the owner of the 711 about the sponsorship?
I don’t know if there’s much that the owner can do, as these sponsorships are most likely corporate decisions. There’s money exchanged with sponsored Wayspots, so it really is up to 711 corporate to decide if they want to pay more to have more sponsored Wayspots or not.

Location edits can be suggested for sponsored Wayspots. You won’t see them in your Contribution Management, as the edit has to be determined between 711 and Wayfarer. In some cases, they can take awhile to be fixed.
Yes, it appeared in a private residence the actual 7/11 is supposed to be along the highway where it’s more accessible. No one is able to access this wayspot except the spoofers and I can’t go near it because as I said, it’s a private residence.
I was about to ask this question as well since 7/11 and Pokémon here in Philippines entered into a collaboration all 7/11 in the Philippines became a Pokéstop except for those newly opened ones so since they are already implemented we have to nominate these newly opened ones?
711 stores are generic businesses, which are ineligible. As previously noted, 711 would have to amend their sponsorship deal, most likely pay more, so that the new locations have Wayspots. There isn’t a way for us Wayfinders to create new sponsored Wayspots.
As for the location of the 711 on PRP, if you can’t access it, you may have to request a location edit via help chat on the Wayfarer website, or via the online form at this link (there doesn’t have to be a case of abuse to use the form, as the location is inaccurate):

There are many additional steps that have to be taken for a sponsored Wayspot to be moved, which staff has not informed us of. But, all requests sent via help chat or the form are handled by humans.
In the case of Korea, when a new store opens, the upload is made after a certain period of time. It seems that the update is not done in real time, but with a certain cycle, so please wait
