858 Worcester Rd Painting - Rejected on appeal as "regular street sign"

This is a unique business sign in that it includes a custom painting of the building itself. The first time I submitted it, it got rejected for being a private residence so I made sure the descript/support clarified its use when I submitted it the 2nd time. 2nd time submitted it gets a generic business rejection so I appealed it to Niantic with the text below citing the criteria clarification collection on artistic business signage.

“A great place for exploration as unique art that is a hand painting of the 858 Worcester Rd building. According to the wayfarer Criteria Clarification Collection, business signage with unique artistic merit can make a sign eligible. I feel that this sign with a very unique hand painted picture of the building should be eligible as it stands out and is something I notice every time I pass by.”

Niantic rejected the appeal and called it a “regular street sign”. Other than the fact that it is a little weathered due to having been outside for 10~ years (google st view shows it has been there since 2015) it seems like a perfectly fine artistic sign with sidewalk access directly in front of it. What am I missing?

Which eligibility criteria does it meet?

It does just seem to be a simple street sign or rather address sign. Do you believe that it actually is a great place to explore, to exercise or to socialize with people? I’d say the last two are a definite no. That leaves explore. Would you bring someone here to see the sign? Do you think people come here to see that sign?
Sometimes a sign is just a sign, even if it’s a little pretty. I’d let this one go.
