What I want to say is there was a pokestop near my house it’s a temple which is public property but it was removed a year or two ago when I was off the game . Its open for everyone.

And also the photo is not the same as used in the pokestop. And it was made by someone I don’t know in around 2021 and I played till mid 2022 it was there at that time but now when I came back it was gone.
I resubmitted it then they rejected

Suggestion 1: Go to the location, start the process as if you are going to nominate a new stop until you see the Map, make sure the toggle is on, check if the wayspot is on on the map (should be a ! symbol).
If it is you are getting the refusal as a duplicate and we need to work out why it was replaced in the game.
It seems that your submission was rejected by AI, (Machine Learnin, eMiLy) so the next suggestion might be the answer.
Suggestion 2: Screen grab and post your submission (inc both photos, Title, Description, Supplemental and the Co-Ords of the nomination (from the email when you nominated), we can see if there is a different reason that it has been rejected.

I have just re-read and checked the co-ords you have given.
The map that we used is no longer part of the same company as Pokemon Go since a split about 2 months ago. At the time of the split there was nothing at the location given.
So suggestion 1 will probably be No but still worth checking. Suggestion 2 is where we are most likely be able to give some answers / opinions.
Maybe I know about the rejection it’s literally like tension steps away from my home but I didn’t walk there and took a photo I used the map photo but what I don’t understand is why it was removed and yes it was not showing a waystop sign there I checked already.

You must use your own photos for both. Using anything else can be classed as abuse and trigger suspensions / bans.

And the place is covered by trees in the map as there are huge trees covering the place but the name is still there
Depending on how you view your contributions we need to see your nomination in full.
For mobiles it is usually pressing 2 buttons together (try Volume Down and Power), in Windows there is software called “Snipping Tool”.

And I see multiple pokestops that are there together a little further but they never got removed only this temple one.

And this place was built by the land selling people of the area it was not a private property it was for everyone to use
In some situations a night image can be used but usually a well lit daytime image is more suitable.
You would need to get it when nobody is around, there should not be people in the image.
Any image used should be you own and should not have been uploaded elsewhere.
