This submission got accepted but it’s not in the game and it’s not near any other ones that’s affected by cell points. It should be added to the game.

Has it been 48H since the wayspot was accepted? Are you sure there aren’t any other wayspots nearby?
Do know that if the reviewers found your location inaccurate, they might have moved it to what seems for them the correct location.
As for the location you can use the wayfarer help chat. This is located under the tab Help. A red message cloud will appear bottom right. You can provide all the details there for a location move.

Or There is geoblock on this area by property owners which makes your spot not appear in pokemon go, staff also has to confirm this.
We would need to know what the location of this Wayspot is to look further into it. Just providing the screenshot from the nomination map doesn’t help us in locating the Wayspot and if there could be another Wayspot there blocking this one from showing up.
If you do not have the lat/long coordinates, a screenshot of the nomination from your Contribution Management page showing the title and location would also work.

By any chance does the tennis/basketball court have a Wayspot? Part of it is in the same cell as the court.
I would also consider it lucky that you got this condo sign accepted, as most see these as indistinct and possibly just advertising. Looking at it on Street View, I don’t see anything other than just a sign for the condos with some generic landscaping. Most would like to see neighborhood signs have something else with them that may meet criteria, such as a water fountain or unique art.

Keep in mind that if you see something with a Wayspot in-game doesn’t mean that it meet current criteria, so don’t base your nominations off of what you’re seeing while playing, but off of the Wayspot Criteria.
