By any chance does the tennis/basketball court have a Wayspot? Part of it is in the same cell as the court.

I would also consider it lucky that you got this condo sign accepted, as most see these as indistinct and possibly just advertising. Looking at it on Street View, I don’t see anything other than just a sign for the condos with some generic landscaping. Most would like to see neighborhood signs have something else with them that may meet criteria, such as a water fountain or unique art.

I’m curious, my understanding is that neighborhood signs are not (generally) appropriate for wayspots. What are people’s thoughts on this? Keep in mind that if you see something with a Wayspot in-game doesn’t mean that it meet current criteria, so don’t base your nominations off of what you’re seeing while playing, but off of the Wayspot Criteria.
