Airports are great for gaming for people who are flying, as you tend to be stuck there for a few hours with not much to do apart from spend money.
They are useless for the general gaming community, because very few people go to the airport to play games and spend their free time there.
That said, if you want more pokestops in your local airport, submit more wayspots in your local airport. I have done this in airports I was passing through, even though I’m unlikely to be back there anytime soon.
We’re having trouble understanding your question. Could you explain it better? Regarding the airport, I believe your question has already been answered. Regarding your village, what is your question? Is a Point of Interest in the wrong place? Can’t you submit more than two POI suggestions? I believe you are at or have already surpassed level 35 in Pokémon Go, for example, since you are able to speak here on the Forum. At that level, you can send requests for potential PokéStops through Pokémon Go itself.

Pokémon GO has inclusion rules to decided which Wayspots become PokéStops
Despite the in-game text, not everything you nominate will become a PokéStop.

When you submit a request to add a new POI, this request, when accepted, goes to all or most Niantic games. When you submit a request through Pokémon Go, you’re not just sending it to Pokémon Go; you’re sending it to other Niantic games as well. The game is divided into cells, and each game has its own rules for adding new POI recommendations. You mentioned that there are already two POIs in that location. If 48 hours have passed and it hasn’t yet appeared as a PokéStop in the game, it most likely won’t. If 48 hours haven’t passed yet, you have to wait. If 48 hours have passed since the recommendation was approved and it hasn’t appeared, the reason is that the recommendation is in a cell that is probably already full. However, it’s very likely that after a few days, this recommendation will appear in the game as a MAX POINT.
Just to note, it could appear as a Power Spot. The Wayspot could also never appear in Pokémon GO if it doesn’t meet the inclusion rules as a Power Spot or a PokéStop

As others have noted, PoGo has inclusion rules, and links to that info have been provided in previous posts. Wayfarer has no control over the PoGo inclusion rules; Wayfarer simply is the database map that the Niantic Scopely games can use to choose game play locations, but it’s up to each game to decide which Wayspots show up.
Airports can have a large number of POIs that may be eligible to be Wayspots, but of what gets accepted, not all will appear in-game. I myself have submitted Wayspots at airports, and since there’s already Wayspots in the L17 S2 cell, I know that it won’t become a stop/gym, but could be used as a Power Spot, depending on how close it is to stops/gyms.
I have taken a look around Václav Havel Airport Prague, and I do see some hotels around here. Do any of them have swimming pools, fitness centers, or picnic areas? Are there any local restaurants that may meet criteria at the airport and/or hotels? From satellite view, I can see a giant chess board and a nice outdoor patio at the Holiday Inn, and if you haven’t submitted those, they may be eligible. There also a pedestrian footbridge around 50.108379150044954, 14.276644404175194 that connects the Holiday Inn to one of the parking ramps, which may also be eligible. These 3 are all in the same L17 S2 cell, so only 1 would show in PoGo, but that would be another Wayspot added.
Another place to look may be the Courtyard Marriott, as I do see it has some restaurants that may be eligible, as well as a nice indoor courtyard. Porta Bistro at 50.10659190504011, 14.27033743640447 may be a local restaurant to look into submitting. There are some empty L17 cells around this hotel, so worth checking out.
Hope this gives you some ideas of where to look that may possibly work for adding Wayspots!

That’s why I said “Very likely” and not “It will definitely appear.”
I said “Very likely” because this has happened to me several times and it appeared after several days as a point of power.
