I know there were other issues with nomination upgrades going on when this post was made about edit upgrades: Edit Upgrades Investigation
And I have seen some reports in the Bug Reports & Technical Support section where upgrades had not processed like this one applied around May 5: Upgraded nomination stuck at in queue
and this one from one applied around May 7: Upgraded but not in voting
Is there a specific time frame that has been identified when nomination upgrades were not processing?
