I was warned for nominating the wrong position, I appealed and they asked me to use scaniverse to prove. I scanned the object I nominated, in addition, I also sent the video and the scan link to the email to them, but they didn’t seem to care. The views of that position in scaniverse have not changed, they just replied to my email in general and told me not to withdraw the warning. I had to pause my unfinished work, my car was broken and it was raining just because I scanned that object. So what is the appeal function created for? Please tell me what happened. That sounds like a very bad experience at all 
I’ve deleted your link as it seemed to reveal to much personal informations, Niantic can still see it.
Than I’ve moved your topic to Nomination Support because the Wayspot Appeals category is for appealing rejected removal requests or to ask for reinstating removed wayspots.
If you feel comfortable please share screenshots of your nomination. The community on here is very good in giving feedback to avoid such warnings in the future.

We review appeals very seriously, and this case was no exception. The screen recording/video provided by you proves that the Wayspot was submitted away from its correct location to manipulate the gameboard. We stand by our decision.
