Hello, I have a question regarding a nomination that was rejected as a duplicate. I would like to appeal the decision (actually 3 of them), but the appeal option is not available for this nomination. Is it normal that duplicate nominations cannot be appealed, or could this be an error? Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forums 
You get two appeals, each of which gets refreshed 15 days after being used. This means that you have used both appeals recently, so just need to wait.
If you have had a nomination rejected as duplicate, you could post the details here to get advice, as this might be a correct rejection and you could be wasting an appeal.
