Appeal poi is gone in pokemon Go

Hey!

I would like to Appeal against the fact that a spot is gone in Pokemon go.

The poi was in since day one and is a small infosign about the “river”

The sign is still there so no reason for us to see the stop is gone?

could someone explain us why its gone? Its still visible in wayfarer.

You have come to right section, but If you want staff to reinstate this wayspot a strong case is advisable. This way you have a higher chance of getting this wayspot back.

Could you provide:

  • A Geotagged photo of the location to proof the sign is still there.
  • A (small) description as to why this wayspot still meets the wayfarer criteria to this day.

Providing these things will give staff more information and reason to reinstate this wayspot.

(If you want you can use your own language since the forums has a build in-translator)

Given the picture it looks like it is still in the database. Is that correct?

Using IITC it was on a cell line prior to the split and in a cell of its own.

Unfortunately it’s nearly 11 weeks since we lost access to an updated map ( not that I am counting :cry:) so beyond that it is speculation. It may be that it was moved across that line into an occupied cell???

you can see it on streetview and on satellite view.

There are two similar signs on either side of the road. The image on the Wayspot was added later and based on that, the Wayspot was moved near the second sign.

I have removed the incorrect image and have moved the Wayspot to its correct location.
