Your appeal statement translates to:
Appeal Notes 2025-04-19 I want to know why they rejected the mural. The reviewers don’t do a good job. They have accepted much worse things. My proposal is real and can be verified from Google Street View
Being real does not make this meet criteria. Neither does comparing it to other Wayspots.

No, I think we’d say neither should be approved and the one you just shared could likely be removed if reported.

You should compare your submissions to current criteria instead of what you see in game.
Okay, I don’t care if my city runs out of points of interest because most of them are proposals like mine, so I’ll report them and come back here if they reject my report.
I understand being upset when you see so many in game. Niantic made this clarification because there was so much misunderstanding on what was eligible. A huge part of this clarification is what the appeals reviewer said about “non-commissioned graffiti” which equates to vandalism. This has never been eligible, but was mistakenly accepted in the past. It is up to you if you want to report the existing graffiti, but Niantic has been removing them when reported.
