If the Wayspot itself was removed from the database due to a wrongful report (e.g., claiming it doesn’t exist or is on private property), then it is indeed a Wayfarer issue. The “Yinhong Pavilion” is a permanent public structure that fully meets the criteria.

The Wayspot is live in Niantic’s Wayfarer database.
Whether or not it is live in the Wayfarer database has no relation to whether it is live in Ingress. They are completely separate companies with completely separate databases.
The company that runs Ingress is Niantic Spatial. They have their own database which is used for Ingress, and if it is gone from Ingress then Niantic Spatial chose to remove it from the Niantic Spatial database.
And similarly, if Niantic Wayfarer removes something from their database, it would have no impact on Niantic Spatial and Ingress.
As the matter you referred does not relate to a product owned by this company, the Wayfarer team will not be able to assist you. You will need to contact Niantic Spatial / Ingress Support.
