Appeal removed Wayspots

Last Saturday and today there have been several Waypoints removed from my local village.
These Wayspots are legit and are a way for kids to connect and explore the village on their own in a safe way. The marks on the streets are a fun way to mark safe walking routes and meeting spots.

Please add back the following locations:

Thanks for considering, it would mean the world for the local kids if these Waypoints would return.

Wrong forum category. Hopefully one of the @moderators can put this topic in the right one.

But about these wayspots: I’m not gonna sugarcoat it, these are a tough sell. It just looks like someone painted random things on the sidewalk. You’re going to have to show some sources that show these things are actually as important and official as you say they are.

This is a news article where stated that the yellow flowers are for eldery people and the blue feet are for kids. The municipality has approved these and marked them themselves.

Thanks for the appeal, @MusicMaikel. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspots.

I’m not sure I understand. Can you explain more why you are standing by your decision?
As stated earlier, these are walking routes layed down by the municipality themselves. I understand they are not your typical walking routes with typical arrow on a pole next to the road, but personally I don’t think it makes it less worth of a notice in Niantic games.

I have never see them explain something.
Besides private house

Because most time they can not give a legit reason.
Or you just get a opinion that dont make sense whit the guidlines or critiria
