Ah, that doesn’t matter - sometimes pokestops get created that are ineligible, such as on school grounds, and if this is noticed, they will get removed.
If the school is not in the middle where the engravings are, then the google maps pin is misplaced. You will need to find some evidence confirming where the school is. Since you live there, this should be possible.
One example might be a video showing from the outside of the building to the entrance to the school (not while there are children around, but you would need other evidence of it being the school).
