Salve vorrei chiedervi cosa succede se sposto una pokestop in un cella che è già occupata da una altra pokestop. Si distruggono entrambi? o stanno entrambe sulla stessa cella ?. Se si distruggono c’è un modo di recuperare quella originale.

Se sposto la pokestop della cella 2 alla cella 1 quale delle 2 pokestop sopravvive ?
Typically in such a situation, it’s the wayspot that’s being edited which will disappear.

se la modifica è stata fatta in malafede per esempio per distruggere un gym perche si è superato il limite come si puo recuperare il gym distrutto ?
If the gyms were over the limit, the extra gym cannot be restored.
The one you move to the same cell as the other stop will most likely no longer be a Pokestop. However, there is a possibility it will become a Power Spot or be used as another object in the future.

Quindi si perde il gym originale ? anche se la procedura è stata in malafede ? magari non mi sono spiegato per esempio:
Cella tipo 14 piena con tre gym e ho :
Cella 1 pokestop al centro.
Cella 2 Gym al confine tra Cella 1 e 2.
Sposto Gym in malafede per distruggerlo in cella 1 in questo modo si crea in automatico un nuovo gym in un altra cella di tipo 17 giusto ? ma per recuperare il mio gym intendo quello in Cella 2 cosa devo fare se l’hanno appunto spostato in malafede ?
The process of pokestop and gym creation is on the pokemon Go side.
Once a new gym has been created it will remain a gym.
Getting the old one back will not happen.
You should only move wayspots to ensure they are being placed at the correct location. Any other movement is likely to be considered as gaming the system and result in a sanction on the account.
quindi mi distruggono il gym ed inoltre non posso avere nessun modo per recuperarlo per cui sono completamento fregato e lui si becca semplicemente un sanzione giusto? Mi sembra un ottima politica di gestione della situazione.
I am not sure I understand your scenario. An L14 cell cam get a maximum of 3 gyms from Wayfarer acceptances. If your L14 has more than 3 gyms, it could be because of past abusive ways to put them there, which has been stopped, or because there are sponsored gyms. If a gym is moved out of this L14 cell with more than three gyms, that cell is then recalculated. If you put the Wayspot that used to be a gym back into the L14 cell, the algorithm will see that the L14 cell already has the max number of gyms, and won’t promote it back.

You can report abusive edits to help chat. It won’t get the gym back, but the abuse will be addressed. Make sure that you give evidence of abuse.
If the person submitting the location edit was making a correction to the real life location of the point of interest, then that is not abuse.
il caso ipotetico: ho già raggiunto il limite dei gym nella cella tipo 14, che sono 3, allora sposto uno di loro in una cella tipo 17 occupata dalla pokestop per cui il gym scompare giusto? Allora un altra pokestop in modo casuale diventa Gym cosi d’avere sempre 3 Gym per cella tipo14 (Si hanno sempre i numeri necessari di pokestop per avere 3 Gym). Quello che chiedevo e se c’era un modo di recuperare il gym distrutto ma mi sembra che questo non sia possibile ed io debba rimanere fregato a causa delle loro politiche.
il torto non viene riparato che sarebbe la cosa più importante per il danneggiato e puo provocare che il danneggiato faccia la stessa cosa per cercare di riavere il suo gym provocando caos 
, dico questo perche leggevo in alcuni topic nel forum che queste cose succedono e noto che non hanno ancora corretto la loro politica ma solo l’hanno peggiorata rispetto agli anni passati dove questo non succedeva

You can choose not to move the location and leave things as they stand.
Manipulation of the wayspots as a deliberate act to disrupt gameplay is taken very seriously.

I don’t know if there is a translation error happening but when I read your posts they read as though you would be doing the location edit. Is that what you mean?

Apologies if I am having translation issues. I thought you were saying they made the edit as a personal attack.
I don’t know how people get incorrect location edits accepted. If the edit goes to community review, people can see the map, and should only accept the edit if it is a correction. If someone submits a location edit to Niantic through help chat or a form, Niantic will require evidence for a move. If they faked evidence for the move request, that would be abuse.
cosa fai nel caso ti trovi una persona come: questa Destroying the fun by intentionally moving pokestops , non credo si faccia tanti problemi ha ricevere delle sanzione nei suoi numerosi account
per questo ho detto che non ci sono stati progressi nelle loro politiche senza senso
basta fare modifiche di qualche metro e non si nota la differenza.
