Hello everyone, I need a bit of help and some clarification. I submitted a waypoint: it’s an art installation in front of a multi-family house where seven different families live. The installation is located on the green space directly in front of the house, right next to the sidewalk. Since this is not a single-family home, it does not conflict with the rules. That’s why I don’t understand why my submission was rejected.
The area is quite well frequented, as it is close to a park and a public playground. The art installation is directly by the sidewalk, and the street is a traffic-calmed area.

That looks legitimate. It’s showing on streetview from 2022 so it isn’t temporary; the building is clearly multi-residence as there are lots of buzzers so it isn’t SFPRP; you clearly explained the status of the building in your appeal.
That appeal rejection looks invalid, as they haven’t applied the “private property” rule correctly.
Someone else may come along and point out something I have misunderstood, but it looks like you have a good case here. You might want to change the title to something that indicates you are challenging an appeal decisoin.

Hi
I’m going to move this from appeals as this is not the correct area.
I agree though there are multiple entry buttons to a communal door/entrance so it looks like this actually a series of flats within this building, there are several bins too but not clear if that is just for recycling purposes.

Hi @1stwukong1337

I did some further research and looked up the cadastral register on the official website. From what I can tell, the green area marks the municipal boundary

Are you sure it really is an art piece? This looks like the dozens of different rusty look garden decorations you can buy at hardware stores like Obi

Might be Obi on the outside, but it’s Louvre on the invoice.xD
