I had two approved pokestops a month ago and neither are in game, this is so frustrating for such small island i live on!
I have this explanation written up for people mentioning their “pokestops” not showing up:
I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. In addition…Unused wayspot might become powerspot. So your submission is not wasted. I have seen some of my submisson become powerspot although sync time, when it become power spot, is unknown at the moment

“No Ball Games Mural” and “A plague to Theodore”
They’re both in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as “Theodore Racine Searle Monument” and “Welcome To Ryde Shopping Precinct”. I’m not sure which of those two wayspots appears in Pokémon Go, but whichever one is a Pokéstop or Gym will be preventing the other three from showing in game as Pokéstops or Gyms.

I spend alot of time in Ryde playing Pogo and have done since 2016 and i cant say ive ever seen those Pokestops or Gyms, and i got a Quest recently to scan Welcome to ryde shopping precinct and it doesnt exist! as for the Theodore monument i submitted as far as im aware its never appeared as anything! maybe a power stop!
What piece of software do you use to see this?
@cyndiepooh’s picture actually shows there’s a fifth wayspot in that cell, “Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubil” (I think someone missed the end of the word “jubilee”?). I initially thought that was in the cell below, but you can see it isn’t.

Iitc for ingress but with ingress splitting from pokemon go…maybe it wont be as useful later

i don’t know if there is any point in setting this up now with Ingress separating from scopely. but to answer your question, it is iitc with a pogotools overlay. since this kind of link could potentially be harmful, it is not allowed to be shared on the forum, but staff has told me i could share a screenshot so people aren’t installing something random. the current version of pogotools is this one, and it has a readme which explains what else you need.
