Got an upgraded nomination taking forever in voting yet my other nominations without come back quicker. Is there something I’ve missed??
I am not sure but there might be case where people skip your nomination, making it last longer in voting.

Did you wait at least 24 hours before upgrading? That’s the usual timeframe that ML takes to either reject or send a nomination on to be reviewed. If you upgrade before 24 hours, this may cause a hold of up to a week at times.
Is the status actually “in voting” or is it still “in queue”? There is a time period that the Wayfarer Discussion Discord refers to as grace period before a nomination will go into voting, even with an upgrade. This has been observed to be from 1-7 days.
(I have seen people say on WDD that if you upgrade too early, it will make the nomination take longer to go into voting, but I have not witnessed this for my own nominations.)
Is it anything out of the ordinary that would make people be unsure about it.
Placed on hold. Think it was about 24 hours. ML took it. And now in voting yet everything else without an upgrade comes back within a day or few hours. It’s just a simple blue plaque. And yes the building is multiple occupant. The building itself is already a waypoint. One I submitted.

TY! Some people use that term to refer to the whole process from submission to decision, and I just wanted to be clear about the status.
Do you mean that ML allowed it to go into voting, or that ML sent it to in house review? Does the status show as “Under Niantic Review” or as “In Voting” for regular community voting?
If we are not understanding each other, don’t worry about responding to me. There are plenty of other people here who can try to help figure out whether this is an issue or not. The last thing I want to do is irritate someone who is already unhappy.
If you placed it on hold, the 24 hours would start after taking it off of hold, I believe. You still have to give at least 24 hours after taking a nomination off of hold for ML to look at it, and before upgrading. If you didn’t give 24 hours after removing from hold, this could cause some delay.
In community voting.
Is it a famous person lived here plaque? Those are often on PRP, but it’s flats?
Could that be the issue?
Is it easy to see on streetview? So people could see if it is there and it’s flats?
Finally accepted by the Niantics team.
Not that I care because I have now been permanently banned as has my wife and kids and nephew because they think we are a voting ring.
So I have lost my level 50 account for a false reason.
And all I get when I appeal is sarcastic responses. Joke of a company.
In fact many of Nominations have been accepted by internal review so I don’t know where they think my son voting on an acceptable nomination is abuse. Pretty sure as a community we all help each other on voting. But I don’t accept anything that is not in line with the guidelines.

No we don’t help each other out. That is the definition of a voting ring.

Yes we do. We give advice and you know full well that when you vote on something you know it’s going to be your mates nomination etc. That’s why we vote on local nominations.
Most of the time my family are with me when I takes pictures and submit the nomination. So they already know it’s mine. They vote on it accordingly because what I submit meets criteria.
They don’t and never have deliberately looked for my nominations they just get them in the local voting pool.
I have advice in these forums on how to improve nominations and then got the same nomination in review. How is that any different.
It’s just a joke. I have spent years dedicated my time to improving the game with quality nominations to be rewarded with a false ban my entire family just for helping the local community.
