Yes. Corporate art that is in every location should be rejected, but some places have distinct art that makes excellent Wayspots. The one you’re referring to isn’t a good example of eligibility - that’s a mass reproduction that is installed at many Taco Bell locations. A few McDonald’s in Des Moines have started installing pieces by actual local area artists that often highlight local culture. Those have been flying through.

I wouldn’t submit it, but its not really eligible to be removed either. Nothing particularly wrong with it ie its safe, permanent etc. Usually removal is about something being fake, permanently removed, obstruction pf emergency services, or on school or at someone’s house.
