This appears to either be a duplicate of another nearby wayspot OR nearly every Whataburger has this exact same mural. These two restaurants are less than a mile apart.

From the light fixture in the ceiling, I would guess that they are actually different restaurants rather than a refresh. (It has been a few decades since I’ve been inside a Whataburger so I’m not sure.)

Many restaurant chains have common themes, and it may not be known to either submitter or reviewer that such items are not unique.

I suppose that Unique Art some what addresses this:

Hi,
Could you clarify what you are actually appealing here?
You are requesting removal of this specific wayspot based on the grounds it might not be unique ?
But you haven’t actually gone inside to check on the status of this wayspot?

I’ve edited out the content not directly relevant to this wayspot - this area is for specific appeals and your rejection is for this wayspot.

You appear to want some more general discussion or guidance on the topic of eligibility for consideration of removal. That is a valid topic to discuss but this category is not the place for it. I suggest you make a separate post in General Discussion area.

Whataburger is a chain of burger restaurants in the US, mainly in the southern US. So, it does seem that they are appealing this for not being unique, and possibly being in every Whataburger.

I did look up another Whataburger, in Corpus Christi, TX at 27.792427950616506, -97.3929466049715, and see this mural there on Google Maps:

And another in Oklahoma City at 35.52450632848744, -97.56633195337379:
