BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN TO READ FIRST. Really tired of people trying to review without read guidelines

I’m so sick of this situation, i’ve proposed many times with different photos, explaining very well and trying to provide more details but people simply decide to do not read the first the guidelines and i ran out of appeals, why? I’ve proposed the community GYM place here, it is open to everyone here in our neighborhood, no one is there checking if you can or cannot have access to. I wrote that in the same nomination. But people still rejecting them appealing that it is “private property”, broooo read the guidelines, specifically where it says which “private properties” are not allowed and this GYM is not a “familiar” GYM.

Im so tired of trying to improve our neighborhood experience in PKMN Go when people reviewing those doesn’t care the guidelines or even they do not try to read the description, only check photos and thats it, if the photo is a playground or a graffiti then passed otherwise rejected.

Anyone here in Niantic can take a look on this please?

Firstly, welcome to the community.

Secondly, take a deep breath.

Thirdly, can you tell us more about this nomination. Where is it located? Is it in a communal area in a Block of Flats? Is it in a designated Building just for a Gym?

Finally, you get 2 appeals every 20 days. If you believe that this is a valid nomination, you can appeal it. If you have additional supplimentary information that shows this as a communal gym (website is a prime example), you can use that to help with the appeal. If that fails, post an appeal of an appeal on this site. No guarantees that it will get looked into, but worth a try.

Sorry, i mean, im really tired with this one, here in México people are proposing all type of graffiti they do not read the description. Seriously i provided everything i can there but stills rejected because “private property”.

Now i need to wait (around) 20 days to have a new appeal available, this is not the only one nomination, i ran out of appeals and trust me, most of my nominations passes in the appeals but not in the first round, when people that doesn’t care the guidelines are reviewing.

Just tired of see how people is not in the same table taking enough time to read and review properly other nominations.

Unfortunately, people do reject things poorly. It’s just part the parcel of how people review. Some people don’t want to spend more than a few seconds per review, so people will make mistakes.

here is where it is, is a valid wayspot:

Here more photos:

POIs indoors can sometimes be hard to prove, even if eligible, such as a fitness center at an apartment building, but you have some really good photos to work with. The main photo you are using showing the equipment is quite dark, so you may want to use one of the entrance, and use the one of the equipment as a supporting photo, or retake a photo of the equipment that isn’t as dark.

I think one of the issues that some may be having is that the gym is in a building that’s detected from the larger apartments, and the entrance isn’t on Street View. It could look like PRP to some when looking at it, even though it’s a part of the apartment complex. However, there are stairs from the apartment building leading to the building where the gym is located at on Street View, so this tells me that it’s a part of the complex.

I also see a pool on satellite and Street View, that appears to be in front of the main entrance to the gym. I’d assume that this pool is also for the residents. The pool has a Wayspot, along with the picnic pavilion and sports court, and reviewers would see these on the map and it should say this isn’t PRP, but a part of the apartment complex and open to the residents that live there.

At this point, you can either wait to appeal or resubmit. If you do resubmit, I would emphasis in the supporting info that this is open to the residents of the apartment complex, that the entrance is in front of the pool, and the building is near the pool, pavilion, and sports court.

You haven’t posted screenshots from your nomination, so we don’t know what you put down for your supporting info, but if you didn’t note some of the things above, they would be helpful. You may also want to consider naming this the gym in the clubhouse, as the pool is named the pool at the clubhouse, instead of calling it a residential building, as well as not fully capitalizing Gym in the title.

Thanks y’all, I appreciate the time you put on review this and give those comments.

I will try to take better photos and think on a different title and description to help them, last chance will be wait til next appeal is available to apply it.

For the record, all those wayspots you mentioned I proposed them, just the wayspot in the basketball field was approved in the first round, rest of them like the swimming pool were rejected and i used my appeals there.

Anyway dont be discouraged by rejection.
Thats how community review works. Mistake can happened because its impossible for niantic to handle all submission so they share it to community. Whoever reject this probably comes from your country or people who put bonus location there.
If you are sure your nomination is correct, you can always ask advice to improve it again here. Personally i also have jogging route marker nomination that i find it hard to get approved by the community because of its considered not distinct. But i will try to improve the nomination so it will have better chance to be accepted
