Banned for 'misplacement of wayspot submissions'

Hello,
Yesterday I received an email that my appeal was rejected by Niantic. I took peace with it and moved on. Today I received this email from Niantic that I purposefully misplaced this wayspot to my benefits. I have uploaded countless of wayspots, always at the correct location. You can see where the sign is located in the pictures and on Google Maps. The nomination was ‘Trailmarker 60 naar links’ translation: ‘Trailmarker 60 to the left’. It’s one of many trailmarker signs here in Veurne, this one located just around the corner, close to the train station and the police station. You can also see the local pub ‘Spoorloos’ in the background and also in the Google Maps image that I’ve provided below. Someone who can help me because I don’t want to get a ban.

It looks like you placed the marker at an incorrect spot, and you nominated a temporary sign (temporary detour)

In addition to what has been said. These markers are not eligible as they are considered basic infrastructure. Only the real junction points are eligible.

Agreed, the location appears to be off by around 25 metres from what I can see.

My guess is that it may have gotten flagged because the correct location is in an occupied Level 17 S2 Cell, whilst the submitted location appears to be just over the cell border in an empty Level 17 S2 Cell. I’m not saying that it was done deliberately or anything, I’m just speculating with what I can see.
