This Bell bollard kepp getting reject, and this have been seems servel times around London. This is a a metal bell that gov add to protect large empty walking/cycle place. So it’s extra safe for access by pedestrians

A bollard is just a piece of infrastructure and normally does not meet acceptance criteria as you can find stated on the Wayfarer site Niantic Wayfarer
Must meet at least one of the three eligibility criteria
- A great place for exploration
- A great place for exercise
- A great place to be social with others
These may have been accepted when they were first installed, but you can’t always go by what you see in game to see what meets criteria now.

That definitely sounds like a place to socialize. I wouldn’t consider a bollard a proxy for a church though.

Bollards are called out in the rejection criteria as one of the first examples.
