While it is indeed a great initiative for the local community, similarly to the playground at the same location that was removed for the same reason (Galvės Sodu Eikštele), it doesn’t change the fact that it’s on a private residential property whose owner can selectively choose who can access it and who cannot. In fact, the last time I visited it together with a fellow player, we we’re met by the owner and guided back to the parking lot.
You should continue doing good things for the local community, but there is a reason why in-game objects are not allowed on private residential properties and therefore no exception should be made in this case.
