Wszystkie moje ostatnie nominacje zostały odrzucone, a uzasadnienia, które otrzymałem, były niespójne, przypadkowe i całkowicie oderwane od faktycznej treści zgłoszeń. Co więcej, nałożono na mnie ostrzeżenie, które nie zostało w żaden sposób jasno wyjaśnione. Nie wskazano konkretnych działań, które miałyby stanowić naruszenie zasad.
Brak realnej możliwości kontaktu z zespołem oraz brak rzetelnych wyjaśnień powodują, że użytkownik pozostaje bez wsparcia i nie ma żadnej możliwości obrony swoich zgłoszeń. Proces, który powinien być przejrzysty i oparty na jasnych kryteriach, sprawia wrażenie chaotycznego i niekonsekwentnego.
Po przeanalizowaniu sytuacji zauważyłem również, że identyczne problemy zgłasza duża liczba innych trenerów. Wielu użytkowników opisuje masowe, nieuzasadnione odrzucenia, losowe powody oraz ostrzeżenia bez podstaw. Wygląda to na zjawisko systemowe, a nie na jednostkowy przypadek.
Dodatkowo chciałbym zwrócić uwagę na kwestię lokalności recenzentów. Zgłoszenia dotyczące konkretnych miejsc są regularnie oceniane przez osoby, które nie mają żadnej wiedzy o danym terenie ani kontekście lokalnym. Powoduje to błędne decyzje i nieporozumienia. Uważam, że przy ocenie miejsc szczególnie powinna być brana pod uwagę opinia recenzentów z regionu, którzy faktycznie znają dane obiekty, ich charakter i realne znaczenie.
W związku z powyższym proszę o: – ponowne przeanalizowanie moich zgłoszeń,
– wyjaśnienie, na jakiej podstawie otrzymałem ostrzeżenie,
– sprawdzenie, czy obecne problemy są znane zespołowi,
– podjęcie działań korygujących, w tym rozważenie większej roli lokalnych recenzentów w procesie oceniania.
Every Wayfarer ban is done based on individual circumstances and prove, not based on any systematic means. Have you appealed using the appeal link found on your ban email?
I don’t think they have gotten a ban from what I’m reading, just a warning. Some of their other posts here have been about rejected nominations by either ML and the appeals team, or the community and the appeals team. They have yet to provide the full nomination for this:
They are also trying to get a mural removed as they believe it’s illegal, and have been in contact with staff about it. An appeal is waiting for a response.

Ja nie mam problemu do nominacji chodzi o pseudo lokalnych przewodników przez których tracę i dostaję ostrzeżenie, te osoby twierdzą że są znawcami Polski a tak nie jest przez co nominacje nie są akceptowane. To nie jest koniec. Poza tym zalecam przeczytać mój wpis do końca ponieważ ciągle odwołujesz się do jednego fragmentu.

It’s possible you may not be contacting the correct team about this issue. If you are contacting the PoGo team, this isn’t something that they handle, so they may not respond back. I’ve provided links to contact Wayfarer staff, and as previously noted, staff do monitor the forums and may send a DM. It may not be sent right away, but they do send them from time to time.
Please note that if the person responding to you is Niantic staff, they will have a user name that starts with Niantic. These are the staff members I see reply most often on the forum.
If a problem has been identified with a submission, the standard procedure is to check/ reject recent ones to prevent a case where someone can’t learn from the contact and find themselves in more trouble.
There should be an email that indicates what it is for. Is there anything you have submitted that you think might be against the rules?

A member of the wayfarer team will often contact with a DM to clarify - please be patient.
This translates to “He would never do something like that.” Are you trying to appeal on someone else’s behalf? If so, staff most likely won’t respond to you, as they do not share any info of someone else’s warning/ban with others publicly; the matter is kept between the user that got the warning/ban and staff, so the other person needs to contact staff using the link provided in the email themselves.
