Not everything you submit is eligible to appear in Pokémon GO. Your moved wayspots are likely still present in the Wayfarer database, just not meeting the Pokémon GO density rules anymore so the goal of an “accurate and rich map” as you say is met. It’s just that not all wayspots will be eligible for Pokémon GO, which only takes subsets of wayspots to turn into Pokéstops. In the interest of avoiding disappointment: wayspot density and other arguments related to losses to the Pokémon GO community are the very definition of “game benefits being the primary reason for a move”, so unfortunately I doubt such a request will be addressed by help chat.
