This portal/mural is on the back of starbucks building by the drive thru in Suisun city California. Right now the portal is by 7-11 on the corner. I couldn’t get the cursor to move that far- it kept bouncing back to 7-11.

I personally keep trying to edit a gazebo at a park near my house that also is way off it’s like in the middle of the field for some reason. I feel like a person who plays Pokemon put it out there in the middle of the field so they can watch their kids practice football and catch Pokemon at the same time. However I do play Pokemon maybe once a year for a couple weeks and then I quit again. I do get it. However I am an ingressor and a little nitpicky about accurate locations. Lol and it’s hard for me to move it to the correct location because Google Maps hasn’t updated yet this is still a new neighborhood. Somehow just keeps getting moved further and further out into the field LOL so if you figure it out let me know
@rivertam the cursor keeps bouncing back because location edits in game have a distance restriction applied, which is 10m in PoGo and 25m in Ingress.
As has already been noted, location edits for longer distances are done via the wayfarer help chat.

Yes, rejected so I appealed and lost that.
I have an issue with editing too. Someone moved these music Chimes that I just recently created inside the building. The interactive musical Chimes are outside the to the far right of it. I feel like someone moved it there on purpose like it’s a work portal. Which I don’t appreciate because it’s not the actual location of it
So every time I try to move it it won’t go very far right. I can only move it so much I can’t move it to its actual location
You can move it to the correct location via help chat by giving them evidence for the correct location.
