It looks eligible. I would have focussed on the seating in the description rather than the restaurant, as restaurants can be difficult to sell to reviewers. Since it is in the queue, you could put it on hold, edit the title and description, then release it back to the queue.

You can write in Nepali. Generally, it is better to write a wayspot title and description in the language that will be used by the local community and especially the reviewing pool.
However, your reviewing pool might extend beyond the range of Nepali speakers. Hmm.
One option for submitting in English is to write it in Nepali, pass it through Google Translate into English, post the English onto this thread and then ask if someone can clean it up (since I would never rely on an auto-translate function for writing in a foreign language).

For the restaurant, I would try to add more details about what makes this restaurant unique, what kind of dishes they offer, what they are known for et cetera. Feel free to write in your native language, no need to write in English.
Perhaps something like “Popular local restaurant known for its homegrown vegetables and fresh cottage cheese. Its Sadheko is known to be the best in the area. People enjoy sitting outside with a view of the nearby canola fields”
Obviously I don’t know this restaurant so I was just going off of google maps.
