Some past large events have freebies from the WF tent.
Yes, there are rewards from PoGo involved in the Wayfarer Challenge.
However, the reward items are only common.
Also, the Wayfarer medal is basically something that everyone can earn as long as we review it.
It is common.
And all the special costumes and poses that you can get in PoGo are all done in the PoGo content.
So, it is clear that PoGo does not give special rewards for things that take place outside of PoGo.
PoGo will not voluntarily change this policy to accommodate Wayfarer.
If you want this to change, your request should be directed to the PoGo team, not to Wayfarer.
It is the PoGo team.
Wayfinders and PoGo Trainers who are requesting special costumes and poses here should tell Ed Wu, Michael Steranka, and Naoyuki Ishizuka at the PoGo Tour and PoGo Fest.

This thread was made bc the Wayfarer team asked wht kind of (in game) rewards we are envisioning, so saying they are totally separate when it comes to rewards isn’t quite accurate

There were no limitations set when the topic was created as what we could suggest or not. Any ideas are welcomed. Ideas will be considered and passed to relevant teams if need be.
