Was wondering if you could suggest a gym to niantic we have so many poke stops in my area but no gyms. So I wondering if we could just suggest a gym?

Sorry, no. Wayfarer just adds wayspots. The games decide how they will use them, if at all.

Ok I see the problem that you have.
Doing wayfarer can create wayspots - these have potential to be used in The game.
Pokémon Go determines which wayspots are selected using a grid system.
There are a set of rules that means you can’t just have gyms added.
The red boxes are part of that system. The highway effectively cuts the boxes and acts as a barrier. So although both of these boxes have enough points to generate 2 gyms in each……the gyms are all in the part to the north of the highway. So your area has a reasonable spread of stops but no gyms.
Doing wayfarer is the way to add places, and we would be happy to help.
Each box has the potential to trigger another gym but requires 10 more in one of the boxes ( and there are rules about the spacing of those 10)
Given this is a residential area that will be very difficult to manage. You might have more luck with the red boxes to the south
Box 1 needs 1 wayspot and box 2 needs 2 wayspots.
We would be happy to try and help, but to be honest it looks very tricky.

Also a f fountain in the same old folk place and the pool was outside the 1 and 2 box that place /area has 2 gyms
As long its not Single Family PRP, it can be eligible.wayspot in PRP like apartment or condominium is allowed
