This is such a busy street full of people exploring, and theres no gyms here please??? Theres alot of pokestops with no gym add more

Just want to add that gyms are chosen randomly in L14 S2 cells. So, if these L14 cells have 6-19 L17 S2 cells occupied, PoGo randomly chooses 2 to be gyms in the larger L14 cell.
We have no say in which Wayspots get chosen as gyms, and this is most likely for the best, as there could be some out there that manipulate the map to give them an advantage, which is considered abuse.
