There are fewer Pokestops and gyms in my area. I am unable to reach any gyms or Pokestops.
Hello and welcome @Ankitpanchal999
Thanks for posting on this forum.
Wayfarer is a way of finding places and objects that can be considered for use in the game.
The community here will be happy to help you.
If possible can you provide the area you are interested in GPS coordinates are good.
We can then see the area and start to help.
Do read the information on the wayfarer help pages about the nomination process.
Welcome! To be able to get additional stops and gyms, players in the game need to nominate things that they think fit one of the following 3 criteria:
a GREAT place to exercise, a GREAT place to explore OR a GREAT place to socialise.
There is no process for asking Scopely to add things to an existing area - the work is done by the players in terms of nominating and then reviewing and approving.
If you share the name of the village/town that you live in (and country) or some coordinates (please don’t give your home address or details - pick somewhere generic or public nearby) we would be happy to look on google maps to find things that we think could be worth you nominating (assuming you are a high enough level in game). If you don’t feel comfortable sharing that info, you could have a read of the criteria and then go out to see if you can find things - if you share those here we can help you with the nomination form.
Good luck!
I’d like to ask, “reach from where?” If you want to reach stops from within your own house, then you need to reset your expectations of the game Pokemon GO. No one should expect to be able to reach a stop from within their house. It can sometimes happen and that is nice. But it is rare.
One thing to note, if you live in a town or city, and it’s just that you don’t have many stops you can reach at home, be warned that it’s very hard to get stops in residential areas. I posted presuming you lived in a village or very small town perhaps, but re-reading your OP where you say about your area made me realise you could live somewhere larger but with nothing near home. It’s not impossible, but there doesn’t tend to me as much. I look for things like parks, information boards, small shops (these can be hard to get accepted but if it’s somewhere people meet up, or it has a post office counter, it can be possible), post boxes with ciphers that pre-date QEII, memorial benches or trees for prominent locals or part of things like the late Queen’s Green Canopy project, footpath markers that form part of walking trails and even green spaces that get used regularly (we have one near us that the kids play football on, people walk their dogs there and in the summer a local group of women go there to do outdoor yoga (might be Pilates, I’m not familiar with either to know for sure what they’re doing lol) - I managed to get that added because I could show how it was used), etc. Remember that you can’t nominate an individual house if it’s a single family private residence, but if you have an apartment complex nearby, there might be things there you can nominate like artwork, a communal garden, etc.
You said that much more succinctly than I did ![]()
