I cannot hold or withdraw my submission - the hold button is missing and withdrawing brings up an E4. This was first noticed about two hours ago on both mobile and desktop.
I have seen this before, but can’t remember why. Do you know if the nomination is in voting, in Niantic Voting or still in the queue? If it’s in voting, I’m not sure how easy it is to withdraw the nomination.

@NianticAaron thanks for the quick solve. Do you know what causes this? It has happened to me before. I wondered if it was something to do with the Machine Learning review phase. How is eMiLy? Are they working as intended?
Your nomination was not processed completely in the backend. I fasttracked it.
This may happen sometimes and is completely in line with how the system is supposed to work.
