The reward emails do not have any game logos in them, just the Wayfarer and Niantic Games logos.

You could still receive them. Also, make sure to check your junk mail folder.
I did not receive any tier reward email.
I finished the challenge with 405 reviews in the last couple hours of the challenge, according to the wayfarer website. Could this have caused an issue?

Like noted, they are still going out. I would say, if you don’t receive your codes by tomorrow, April 30th at 12pm PDT, then you may want to ask for staff to look into this.

No, I don’t think it would have. Again, we all still have time to get the codes.
By any chance, have you reviewed less than 50 but more than 40? I think there’s a problem for us who are in this specific situation.
I’m having the same issue, I did 47 planned on doing the final amount to get to 50 after work. Event finished early. Says rewards for people who did 40, got my code just now but won’t work for me
We must wait a little and see how the support will handle the situation, I’m quite sure they’re aware of it. Let’s hope it will not take much time
It took nearly the whole week for them to distribute the codes, are we expected to wait until the end of May which is the cut off for when the codes can be used by for them to fix the issue?

Good afternoon, my account has Pokémon and Ingress, and I participated in the OPR Live event for the first time. I received an email with the prize, but I only got a Tier 3 code for Pokémon, not Ingress. Could you help me resolve my situation? I had started playing Ingress again after an incident. I have access to my Intel map and everything else. I hope you can help me quickly. Thank you.

Are you using the same Google or Apple ID account as your Wayfarer account, or is your Ingress account under a different email address not connected to your Wayfarer account?

It looks like the issue was that my storage was full, which I wouldn’t have expected to be a problem for event rewards.
I’m really hoping to hear from everyone who was soooo impatient looking for their rewards and hope all those folk say “thank you” to Niantic. The way I do math, they delivered the rewards within the time set out.
