Hi there, I still have not received an email with my rewards, I’m on the email I receive Niantic Wayspot nominations, appeals, and its the email that appears when I check the settings in Wayfarer but nothing in my general folder, spam, or promotions folders for the reward. I hit tier one on the personal rewards for pogo and I just wanted the community tier award we earned, thank you.

Im also not able to redeem my code for community t3 rewards. I have only 2 remotepasses in my backpack. The redemptionsite tells me im not qualified.

I have not received a code yet and I completed about 54 reviews by the challenge end. Is there a way to see what email the code would be sent to? As far as I know I only have one email linked to my pokemon go/wayfarer account and its the email I have been checking. Is there anyone I can troubleshoot with?

The wayfarer Team send DMs if they need to discuss direct.

Hi folks,

For people who received an error while redeeming the PGO Community reward codes, this was caused due to a human error. We will be sharing new codes. There was also another issue that led to some Explorers eligible for Tier 2 rewards getting Tier 1 reward codes. We will send them updated codes as well. You can expect the new codes to be sent before EOD tomorrow.

I’ll continue to look through this thread and respond as required. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Just for info for anyone who are saying they haven’t received their codes. If you have linked your Pogo account to more than one login method (e.g. Google and Facebook, Apple and Google, Google and Apple or any combinations thereof), please make sure you check all email addresses that are linked to all authentication methods… just in case it has been sent to an address that may not be the one you usually use for Pogo.

Didnt recieve my code still, i revieved some waystops do idk why is that happening. And i have linked just one account, looked through it 3 times and i dont have code. What should i do?

If you have multiple sign in types connected to your Wayfarer / Pogo / Ingress account, check all email addresses that are linked just in case it’s not in the one you are expecting. Also, check your spam / junk folder as well.

I did not receive an email with my rewards because I had opted out of wayfarer emails two years ago when I took a break from the game. I have opted in for emails going forward, but is it too late for me to receive the rewards now?

I also got no email yet, did more than 50 reviews

I was issued an error code when redeeming. I was then told by support it was redeemed by another account and there was nothing they could do to help since it was already redeemed. Seems like a lot of wasted energy for nothing.

I am writing this post because despite having completed more than 500 reviews for the global reviewer challenge, I still haven’t received any reward codes for my efforts. As today was supposed to be the deadline for any errors, I want to inform that I’m still missing the codes.

If you already have 3 or more Remote Raid Passes, or not enough storage space, it may cause issues with claiming.

I reviewed over 500 submissions and did not receive any of my Ingress rewards. This happens in every Wayfarer challenge for some reason (I get the regular Wayfarer emails) so please send them to me in a message here (Like last time)

I have not received an email yet and I completed about 200 reviews by the challenge end.

I feel the Challenge itself was very very problematic. I had enough time for hundreds of reviews. But constant errors and endless loading screens, wouldnt let me do very much. Now even the rewards distribution is a huge hastle. As a first time participant im very dissapointed.
